RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
At DRYVO, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure and transparent.
That’s why we provide clear policies for cancellations, exchanges and returns.
Response time: after submitting your request by email, our team will respond within up to 3 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests can be made within up to 48 business hours after purchase confirmation, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request must follow the return process after delivery.
WHEN CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Change of mind
Returns may be requested within the legal withdrawal period, provided the product is:
• unused;
• in original condition;
• with original packaging, when applicable.
Manufacturing defect
If your DRYVO product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos or videos for review.
Damaged product
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with evidence for verification.
Size exchange
If the size does not fit as expected, we may offer a size exchange for unused items according to this policy.
Requests related to size preference or fit are treated as exchanges, not refunds.
IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION
DRYVO products follow international sizing standards, which may differ slightly from local expectations.
Please note:
• the size selected on our website corresponds to the fit described in our size chart;
• in some cases, the internal label may display a different size due to manufacturing standards;
• this does not indicate an error and does not affect the fit of the product.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.
CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL
To qualify for an exchange or return, products must:
• be unused;
• be in original condition;
• show no signs of washing, misuse or damage;
• include original packaging and accessories when applicable.
INTIMATE PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, used or washed underwear products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
RETURN PERIOD
According to applicable law, customers may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
Returned products must be:
• unused;
• in original packaging;
• complete with all received items.
DEFECT OR DAMAGE PROCESS
Please provide:
• full name;
• order number;
• email used for purchase;
• description of the issue;
• photos or videos, when applicable.
AFTER APPROVAL
Refunds: processed within up to 30 business days.
Exchanges: replacement items shipped within 15–30 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
DRYVO covers shipping costs in cases of:
• shipping errors;
• manufacturing defects;
• damaged products.
Change of mind
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility according to applicable law.
Size exchange
Approved replacement items are shipped at no additional cost.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information, absence of recipient or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Shipment
The item must be safely packed and returned within the informed timeframe.
4. Inspection
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
5. Resolution
Approved refunds or exchanges will then be processed.
REFUND METHODS
Credit card
Refunds may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Bank transfer
Processed within up to 10 business days to an account under the purchaser’s name.
FINAL PROVISIONS
DRYVO reserves the right to refuse requests that do not comply with this policy or in cases of fraud, abuse or misuse.
